Travgoworld.com and Liberty Travel reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without warning, for conduct that violates these Terms, conduct that we believe is harmful to our business or to any other party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. You must read this document on a regular basis to ensure that your usage of the Service continues in accordance with these Terms.

These conditions and Conditions, together with any additional conditions displayed on www.travgoworld.com ("Site"), form the basis of the agreement between travgoworld.com – Liberty Travel and You ("Customer") with respect to your use of this Site.

Service

By giving buyers’ access to the inventory that suppliers have available, Liberty Travel, through its platform Travgoworld.com, assists the needs of businesses in regard to travel-related support. Liberty Travel thus serves as a mediator between buyers and suppliers. Any part of the Services may be changed, discontinued, or modified at any time. When the Service expires or is cancelled, access to the Site also ends.

Termination

We may terminate the Service in the following conditions:

  • - In the event that you violate any terms or conditions
  • - When we discover that the services are being used without proper regulation.
  • - Temporary suspension of an account or a certain service if a lot of expensive services are used,
  • - Any sort of spamming on the platform
  • - Your use of the Service interferes with how we conduct business or negatively impacts someone else.

By emailing our Customer Service department, you can request account termination at any time.

Data Privacy

You hereby affirm and guarantee that You have obtained all required consents from the data subject for the transfer of such personal data to Us and that You have given Us permission to carry out all further data transfers necessary to fulfill your request for and reservation of the Services.

The personal information that we may obtain from the service provider and any personal information that you may disclose to us while using this system will be deemed to have been obtained, handled, and transmitted in strict accordance with EU GDPR 2016/679 requirements. In accordance with the EU GDPR 2016/679, the Parties agree to maintain the professional secrecy of such data even after their partnership has ended and to make sure that any employees providing the Services uphold the aforementioned duty.

You will be held accountable for processing any claims made against Us resulting from any type of administrative sanctions imposed by the relevant authorities, as well as any damages or losses in judicial or non-judicial proceedings, if You, including your employees or, as the case may be, any contracted third parties, violate any of these commitments or any obligation derived from the EU GDPR..

You affirm and guarantee that:

  • - You can engage into and make the representations and warranties set forth in these Terms; You have the legal capacity to do so; all the information you provide to us is true and correct.
  • - You have obtained the necessary approvals and registrations required by applicable laws, made the necessary filings and declarations, and are in conformity with all applicable laws.
  • - You are competent to carry out your obligations under the Agreement in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • - You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account and registration details.
  • - Even if someone used your account without your knowledge or consent, you are still liable for that activity.
  • - You won't use the website for any activities that are illegal or against these terms.
  • - You shall not, at any time, show, reveal, or otherwise communicate, publish, or promote / distribute / share travgoworld's Rates or Inventory to any B2C channel, directly or indirectly.

Furthermore, in the event of a breach of the aforementioned, Liberty Travel may temporarily suspend OR entirely terminate the Agreement at its discretion.

Log in credentials

When you first register to use our solutions, you will be given a User ID and password and we recommend you to renew the password. The Agent ID and password are the means by which you gain access to our platform. You are aware and consent that it is your duty to keep the Agent user name and password safe from unauthorized usage. LIBERTY TRAVEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR AGENT ID OR PASSWORD.

Agencies are responsible for administering and maintaining their account information up-to-date at all times, including their contact and payment card details. Agents may make changes to this data in their account settings.

Method of Payment, Card Types accepted and Currency

We accept payments via Available credit and online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in EURO.

A No Show

A No Show is regarded to have occurred if the guest fails to arrive at the lodging facility without prior notification. In the event of a no-show, there will be no refunds.

Currency and Rates

Unless otherwise stated, all rates listed are net and non-commissionable, and include all taxes and service charge, with the exception of any city taxes, resort fees, or other charges directly payable by guests at the hotel.

Agencies shall settle their invoices in the currency in which it's issued. If agencies opt to settle the invoices in another currency, we may do so at our sole discretion at a conversion rate determined by us.

Group booking:

The platform and rates are designed for FIT bookings, Any reservation that includes 9 rooms or more, whether it be in a single or combined reservation with the same check-in and check-out dates, may be regarded by the hotel as a group reservation, and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if it is discovered to be in breach of the booking policy. Please email with any inquiries regarding group reservations.

No Liability for Onward sales

Our contract for the sale of travel components is with You. When a guest contracts for travel services, they do so with You, not Us. You are accountable for the Onward Sale of travel-related components. We do not assume responsibility for any onward sales made to a guest or for any issues that might arise with a travel service. The accommodation provider gives us the classification of every type of lodging. Any errors or erroneous information supplied to us by the supplier, including but not limited to photos, descriptions, amenities/facilities, tariffs, reviews, and any other information used by the supplier to advertise and market its properties, is not our responsibility or liability.

We are not responsible or accountable for any dispute that arises between You and a guest as a result of Your Onward Sale of a travel service to a guest. If You make a claim against us as a consequence of an Onward Sale, You agree to indemnify Us for all damages, fees, charges, and costs incurred as a result of that claim.

It is hereby explicitly stated and understood, that the Provider acts only as an intermediary in making the arrangements for hotels, transportation or any other services. As such, the Provider is not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage or other loss or expense of any nature whatsoever, arising directly or indirectly out of any actions of hotels, transportation company or other company or person, providing or rendering services reserved through the Provider.

Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements

The operator (Liberty Travel) is not responsible for the correct fulfillment of the passport, visa and other immigration requirements. The Partner is to confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates.

The operator (Liberty Travel) does not accept any responsibility in case the client is unable to travel due to non-compliance with any such requirements.

Credit Card Chargeback

You may use your company credit card or guest’s credit card for bookings. A guest’s credit card must only be used to pay for bookings of the same Guest. You are solely responsible for ensuring that a genuine credit card is used for paying for bookings.

You take complete liability for any losses or damages arising out use of fake or stolen credit cards or from any chargeback.

Support

The Partner receives support services related to the usage of the Platform during the whole period of cooperation. Upon receiving the credentials.

The operator (Liberty Travel) highly recommends to make sure that the bank provider of the Partner’s choice uses 3D secure which is the essential element to prevent fraud bookings. If the fraud bookings take place on the Platform, the Partner shall contact the bank provider and not the Provider..

Refunds

The refund shall be made to the original instrument used at the time of booking. In the event Liberty Travel is unable to immediately refund the amount, such amount shall lie as future available credit for the customer.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Privacy

The Privacy Policy outlines our responsibilities for the protection, gathering, and use of personal information. Our Privacy Policy is subject to change at any moment, and any changes become effective upon publishing the new policy on this URL.

Disputes

It is hereby agreed that booking any arrangements with the Provider is an acknowledgement of the Partner’s acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein and on the Platform. All disputes should be settled in good faith by way of negotiations between the Parties. In case of failure to reach a settlement, the dispute will be subject to the court of Tirana, the Republic of Albania. The language of arbitration is Albanian. The Provider reserves the right to change the court to the court located in the country where the Partner’s company is based or the country of the Partner’s nationality
